We are looking for someone to join our expanding customer support team, to help manage accounts and answer any queries they may have. You’ll be the first point of contact, which means you’ll be communicating directly with account holders, typically by phone or email and occasionally in person.
It’s a versatile role. From providing assistance on daily tasks through to presenting webinars to financial advisers across the country. From identifying and reporting software issues to our development team to having a key creative input in the software’s development.
You’ll have the choice of working in two locations: our office in Newport and/or your living room. All CashCalc employees are set up to work remotely, allowing the freedom and flexibility to work wherever you want.
