CashCalc was founded in 2014 as an alternative cashflow planning tool for financial advisers. Today, we’re an award winning firm and the leading cashflow planning tool in the UK with an additional suite of incredibly powerful and intuitive tools.

About you

You should be hardworking, passionate and driven to succeed. You should be willing to learn and value good teamwork to achieve a shared vision above all else. Good communication skills and an ability to articulate a situation well is essential.

Knowledge or previous experience within the financial services industry is preferred, but not essential. Knowledge or previous experience within a customer support role is also preferred, but not essential.

We are seeking an individual who possesses a good work ethic, who has all the typical computer skills required to work within a modern day job, and who demonstrates a willingness to learn. If you meet all of these qualities, we would like to chat.

About the role

We are looking for someone to join our expanding customer support team, to help manage accounts and answer any queries they may have. You’ll be the first point of contact, which means you’ll be communicating directly with account holders, typically by phone or email and occasionally in person.

It’s a versatile role. From providing assistance on daily tasks through to presenting webinars to financial advisers across the country. From identifying and reporting software issues to our development team to having a key creative input in the software’s development.

You’ll have the choice of working in two locations: our office in Newport and/or your living room. All CashCalc employees are set up to work remotely, allowing the freedom and flexibility to work wherever you want. We are also flexible and happy to discuss permanent or part-time work.
